Torrey Payne

Torrey Payne has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Their most recent position was as the Manager of Operations Training & Development at Power Partners, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served in the US Army for four years from September 2012 to June 2016. During their time in the Army, Torrey held the role of Battalion Operations NCO and Assistant to the Senior Operations and Special Missions NCOICs. Torrey was responsible for various tasks including leading a team of Assistant Operations NCOs, providing guidance on Careers Division programs, planning and conducting training, and assuming the duties of Senior Operations NCO when needed. Torrey also gained experience in using multiple software applications and was a super user for platforms such as DTMS, ATRRS, ITRS, REQUEST, RMSv3, RCMS, and SharePoint. Before their military service, Torrey worked as a Patrol Officer for the Dalton Police Department for four years, starting in March 2004. Their responsibilities included responding to calls for service, report writing, evidence collection and handling, crime scene security and investigation, traffic control, DUI enforcement, accident scene investigation, and self-initiated activities. Additionally, they served as a Field Training Officer for 1.5 years. Overall, Torrey Payne has demonstrated a strong background in operations management, training, and law enforcement.

Torrey Payne earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Columbia Southern University between 2014 and 2017.
