Lindsey N. Grill-Thornton, BA, CPTM, currently serves as the Training and Development Manager at Power & Tel, leading training initiatives for a global workforce of approximately 500 employees. With a strong background in improving employee onboarding and development programs, Lindsey has effectively utilized employee feedback to enhance retention and engagement. Previous experiences include roles in sales support and education, where responsibilities included enhancing customer satisfaction and leading preschool activities. Lindsey's academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Memphis and currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development at Clemson University.
