Alexander Dittrich

Alexander Dittrich is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Director of People & Organisation for PowerCo in Spain, where the focus is on ramping up Spain's first Gigafactory. Previously, Alexander held various significant roles within the Volkswagen Group, including Director of People, Talent & Growth at PowerCo SE, Head of Human Resources for Battery and Charging & Energy, and Head of HR Service Center for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. Alexander's career began with a strong foundation in HR, starting as an intern at Volkswagen AG and progressing through diverse roles, including international assignments and technical assistance positions at Carl Zeiss AG. Alexander holds a MA in Human Resource and Knowledge Management from Lancaster University Management School and has furthered education at HEC Paris and the University of Applied Sciences Wildau.
