Dave Lytollis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dave currently holds the position of Director of Supply Chain Cooperation and Investment Projects at PowerCo SE since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at BASF from October 2020 to November 2023, where they served as the Program Director for Battery Materials, overseeing strategic expansion. Dave also held the role of Head of Marketing APAC - Strategic Marketing during their tenure at BASF.

Before joining BASF, Dave worked as the Senior Managing Director - Global Strategy APAC Lead at Newmark Knight Frank from June 2019 to October 2020. Dave was responsible for advising clients on relocating their businesses in and out of APAC, as well as implementing technology solutions for optimizing real estate portfolio management.

Dave'sprevious experience includes roles at Samsung SDI, where they served as Director of Strategic Planning and Investment, Senior Manager of Strategic Planning and Factory Investment, and Global Strategist at the Samsung Global Strategy Group. Dave worked on various projects related to the lithium-ion battery business, as well as healthcare and consumer goods sectors.

Dave also worked at SR Technics Group as a Global Product Manager, responsible for business opportunity assessment, proposal development, and customer relationship management in the aviation MRO industry. Dave was also involved in contract negotiations and extensions.

Dave pursued an MBA at IMD from 2012 to 2013 and started their career as a Graduate Trainee at Rolls-Royce Marine in 2003. At Rolls-Royce PLC, they later held roles as Assistant Technical Programme Manager, Controls Architect, and Team Lead Control Development, where they gained experience in project management, risk assessment, and consultancy.

Dave Lytollis received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from IMD in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Lancaster University, completing their studies between 1998 and 2002. Dave also holds additional certifications as a Chartered Electrical Engineer (CEng MIET) from the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and as a Chartered Mechanical Engineer (CEng MIMechE) from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). The specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
