Heike Neumeister

Heike Neumeister has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2007, they started their career at pts one - Manufaktur für Beratung & Kommunikation, where they worked as a Volontariat & Experte Unternehmenskommunikation until September 2008. Heike then moved on to IG Metall Vorstand, where they served as a Pressesprecherin / Spokesperson and Leitung Presse & Online / Head of online & media relations from October 2008 to March 2014.

In 2014, Heike joined thyssenkrupp, where they held multiple roles. Heike first worked as a Pressesprecherin / Spokesperson from April 2014 to November 2016. Heike then took on the role of Head of Employer Branding from December 2016 to June 2019. Finally, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition & HR Impulses from July 2019 to October 2022.

Currently, Heike is employed by PowerCo SE, where they hold the position of Head of Talent starting from November 2022.

Heike Neumeister has an MBA degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Heike also completed their Abitur at Otto Hahn Gymnasium Nagold. Furthermore, Heike Neumeister holds a Master's degree in Politik, Journalistik & Kommunikationswissenschaft from the University of Hamburg.
