Jian Shen is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with a diverse background in product development, engineering, and interactive experiences. As the Founder of PowerCore, Inc. since 2014, Jian has spearheaded initiatives connecting fans with branded experiences through innovative products and digital solutions. At Houzz, Jian serves as the Frontend Architect, contributing to advancements in home design technologies. Jian is also the Founder and Filmmaker at Bearo, focusing on documenting artistic creation, and co-founded Hungry Hype LLC, which emphasizes character design and animations. Previously, Jian held key engineering roles at Meebo, Iconix, and Blazent, where significant advancements in software development were achieved. Jian's early career included a music production project and internships at prestigious organizations like Expedia and Bell Labs. Jian holds a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
