Dane Gilbert

Dane promotes the success of our customers and employees within the entire western United States through the

execution of Power Design's strategic vision. He is responsible for project delivery from the early planning stages

through project completion, ensuring our high safety and quality expectations are met while leading and growing a

strong management team, and also oversees our Service department.

Dane has a strong passion for philanthropy and is the co-founder of Instruments 4 Life, which provides Tampa youth

with free music lessons, instruments and other forms of artistic activities as a healthy social outlet.

He earned his M.B.A., Master of Science in Building Construction, and Bachelor of Architecture from the University of

Florida. Prior to Power Design, he played in various Iocal bands. He's also a two-time PDI dodgeball champion.
