Alexandra Kontos

Alexandra Kontos is a professional with extensive experience in customer success and law enforcement operations. Currently, Alexandra serves as the Manager of the Mid-Market and Enterprise Customer Success Team at PowerDMS by NEOGOV since May 2021, following a role as Customer Success Manager, Team Lead. Prior to that, Alexandra held various positions at the University of Central Florida from July 2006 to May 2021, including Customer Success Manager and Public Safety Event Coordinator, where responsibilities included planning law enforcement operational plans and liaising with law enforcement agencies. Alexandra's foundational experience includes a role as Police Technician, where duties encompassed creating intelligence bulletins and managing training for both civilian employees and sworn officers. Alexandra earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Indian River State College.
