Arushi Aggarwal

Arushi Aggarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product marketing, UX design, and crafts development. Currently serving as Product Marketing Manager, UX Specialist, and Vendor Marketing Manager at Powered by People since August 2021, Arushi also founded The Initiative in March 2013, which focuses on creating sustainable livelihoods for craftspeople through well-designed, handcrafted products and bridging the gap between urban consumers and traditional crafts. Previous roles include Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum, Craft Consultant & Design Lead at Chhoti Si Asha, and Senior Designer at the Ministry of Minority Affairs. Arushi holds a Master's degree in Product & Services Design Management from Rubika and has contributed significantly to various design and research projects across multiple organizations.
