Lachlan Plant is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Powered by People since 2023, Lachlan previously held roles at Ritual.co from 2018 to 2023, where responsibilities included leading multiple consumer backend teams. Prior experience includes a senior engineering position at Wind River, contributing to the Titanium Cloud platform, and a research role at nModal Solutions Inc., focusing on analytics software systems. Lachlan holds a Master of Computer Science degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brock University.
