Jeroen Gjaltema

Jeroen Gjaltema is an experienced professional in sustainability and risk management, currently serving as the Head of Sustainability, Safety, Quality & Risk at PowerField since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jeroen held various positions at BDR Thermea Group from September 2018 to June 2023, including Sustainability Manager and New Product Development Process Team Leader, focusing on greenhouse gas reduction and product development process optimization. At Enexis Groep, Jeroen worked on innovation project management and completed a Management Traineeship that enhanced skills in project management and leadership. Jeroen began a career in financial services as a Financial Advisor at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from June 2013 to September 2016, recognized for delivering high-quality customer service. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Corporate Strategy from Radboud University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tio Business School.
