Daniel Carrillo has a diverse work experience, starting as a Chemistry Library Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania from September 2015 to December 2018. Daniel then participated in the Accenture U.S. Innovation Challenge in February and March 2016, where their team won first place with a solution to reduce food waste. In June 2017, they interned at ReNew Power in the Technology Group.

In 2018, Daniel attended the Summer Venture in Management Program at Harvard Business School, where they engaged in case discussions and analyzed real-business cases.

In 2019, they became a Venture For America Fellow, a two-year fellowship program that matched him with high-growth startups. As part of the program, they underwent a four-week training camp and worked at one of VFA's partner companies until September 2019.

Since 2019, Daniel has been working at PowerFlex, starting as a Project Associate Intern before progressing to roles like Development Engineer, Sr. Development Engineer, and EVSE Development Engineering Manager. Their responsibilities have included project coordination, cost estimation, schedule management, technical design, client communication, and leadership within the internal team.

Daniel Carrillo has a strong educational background in engineering. Daniel obtained their Bachelors of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2018. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Science in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics, also at the University of Pennsylvania, which they completed in 2018.

In 2019, Daniel Carrillo took a course at the Harvard Business School Online and earned a CORe Credential of Readiness. Additionally, in March 2019, they obtained a certification in Positive Psychology: Resilience Skills from Coursera.
