Danny B. Ptak

Danny B. Ptak has extensive work experience in various leadership and advisory roles.

Starting in 1997, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Jacobs until 2002.

From 2002 to 2007, they served as a Principal Consultant at ERM, where they advised multinational corporations and government departments on mergers and acquisitions across different sectors and regions.

Danny B. then joined WSP in 2007 as a Director, leading and managing a team of 1,100 professional consultants globally. Danny B. also played a key advisory role in multiple billion-dollar global M&A deals.

In 2013, Danny worked as a Director at Hoist Strategic, providing strategic advice on partnering, acquisition, business development, and funding sourcing. Their notable achievement was securing debt and equity funding, as well as facilitating joint venture and distribution partnering for a $1.25 billion land-based aquaculture project.

Since 2014, they have been working as the Business Development Director at PowerFlex. Their focus is on delivering value to commercial and industrial clients through solar, storage, microgrids, and fleet electrification. Danny B. is passionate about reducing dependency on fossil fuels and expanding power supply from renewable sources, such as the sun.
