Katie Newman

Client Relations Specialist at Powerfront

Katie Newman has over 20 years of work experience. Katie began their career in 1997 at Staples Solutions, where they served as the European Design & Deployment Manager. In this role, they were responsible for designing and deploying training programmes, materials and resources for all European Contact Centre teams. Katie also project managed all technical training role outs to EU blueprints standards. Additionally, they were tasked with turning outputs of the operational review process, quality programmes and training needs analysis into targeted learning interventions and improvement initiatives. In 2019, they joined Powerfront as a Client Relations Specialist.

Katie Newman attended Doncaster College from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Katie then returned to Doncaster College from 1996 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Integrated Technology.
