Komal Manoj Nagdev

Komal Manoj Nagdev is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. She has been associated with the Company since 2015. She is a qualified Company Secretary registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce as well as law from the University of Mumbai. She has over 12 years of experience in legal and secretarial work. Prior to joining, she has been associated with Tolani Shipping Company Limited and multinational companies such as Abeinsa Business Development Private Limited and Bel Tone India Private Limited is a company secretary. Presently, she is responsible for corporate, legal and secretarial functions of the Company.
