Al Dominguez

Al Dominguez, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Director of DEI, Organizational Learning and Culture at PowerMyLearning. Prior to this role, Al held positions at SAGE, Vertex HR Recruitment, and General Board of Global Ministries. Al has extensive experience in HR, spanning from HR business partnering to managing global HR operations. With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Hunter College, Al has made significant contributions in implementing new HRIS ecosystems and driving DEI initiatives in organizations.
