Mike MacKe

Mike studied Computer Engineering at the University of Cincinnati and has been with Powernet for more than 17 years. He joined the company as a member of the customer service team and worked his way up from there with roles at the helpdesk, as a business analyst, a process analyst, and an ops manager, until finally being named Senior Director of Operations. By working his way through many different departments and working closely with other teams across the organization, Mike has a very strong and thorough knowledge of Powernet’s processes and what it takes to continually improve efficiency across the company.
