Robert Carson has extensive work experience in fleet operations and compliance. Robert currently holds the position of Director of Fleet Operations and Compliance at PowerSecure, Inc., where they oversee various aspects of fleet operations such as vehicle procurement, maintenance, and compliance with regulations. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Fleet Compliance at the same company.
Before joining PowerSecure, Inc., Carson worked at CSX for a significant part of their career. Robert held various positions including Terminal Manager, Manager of Management Trainee Development, Trainmaster, Terminal Manager/Trainmaster, Road Foreman, Locomotive Engineer, and Conductor. Robert gained expertise in areas such as safety, budget management, track maintenance, customer service, and facilities management.
Additionally, Carson has prior military experience, having served in the United States Navy.
