Bridget Allison

Bridget Allison is an experienced instructional designer and eLearning developer with a strong background in creating engaging, learner-centered educational experiences. Currently employed at PowerTrain, Inc. since October 2022 and as a freelance instructional designer with Bridging eLearning since May 2021, Bridget specializes in skills development across various formats, including eLearning, microlearning, and instructor-led training. Previous roles at Freedom Learning Group and AXL Academy provided opportunities to design training solutions and facilitate assessments aligned with learning objectives. Bridget has contributed to curriculum development and advocacy efforts while maintaining a commitment to enhancing educational strategies through effective collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders. Bridget holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University and a Master's of Education in School Administration from Prairie View A&M University.
