Saleema Adamson

Saleema Adamson currently serves as SVP People at Powerverse, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Saleema held various roles at Lightsource bp from January 2015 to November 2024, including Global Human Resources Business Partner and Head of HR. Saleema's career at Experian from March 2006 to September 2014 focused on strategic and operational HR leadership within the Decision Analytics sector across EMEA, contributing to the evolution of HR functions in the region. Early career experiences at Spring Group and Hays Accountancy & Finance involved recruitment and account management roles. Saleema obtained a BA Hons in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University in 2003.
