David Gonen

David Gonen is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in technology and healthcare sectors. As Co-Founder of FaceSign since January 2022, Gonen leads the development of AI-powered facial recognition and fraud detection solutions. In addition, Gonen co-founded UpStager in February 2021 and has been an Investor and Board Member at Powtoon since 2012, where strategic growth and product development are key focuses. Gonen's previous roles include serving as a Seed Investor at Redeam, Board Member at TeleSign, and being part of the founding teams at both Ringadoc and Whistle. Gonen co-founded Curious Minds, a technology incubator, and has a strong academic background with a Doctor of Medicine degree from Technion and a BA in Neuroscience from The Johns Hopkins University.
