Carole THANG

Carole THANG has a comprehensive work experience in the medical field. Carole most recently worked as the Director of Medical Operations at POXEL since January 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Medical Director at POXEL from March 2018 to November 2021. As an Associate Medical Director, their responsibilities included participating in the development of clinical trial designs and writing study documents such as protocols and reports. From June 2015 to February 2018, they worked as a Clinical Project Manager at POXEL.

Before joining POXEL, Carole THANG was the Manager of Carole et la Chocolaterie since January 2012. Carole started their career at MEDISCIS in July 2010 as the Director of Project Evaluation, where they were responsible for maintaining and expanding the client portfolio through prospecting, effective communication, and innovative solutions. Carole also played a role in developing new development strategies for MEDISCIS and provided scientific and methodological support in the negotiation phase with clients.

Carole THANG's earlier experiences include working as the Director of Clinical Projects at MEDISCIS from June 2004 to July 2010, wherein they were involved in budget evaluations and scientific support for study design construction. Prior to that, they worked at Novartis as a Project Manager in Clinical Pharmacology from July 2002 to May 2004. Carole began their career at Therapharm Recherches in March 1999, where they served as a Project Manager in Clinical Pharmacology until June 2002, and as a Medical Writer and Pharmacokineticist from March 1999 to January 2002.

Carole THANG completed their education at Université Paris Cité. From 1991 to 1998, they obtained a Diplôme d’État de Docteur en Pharmacie. Additionally, from 1995 to 1997, they earned a Maîtrise des Sciences Biologiques et Médicales. In 1999, Carole THANG pursued a DSP de Biodynamique et Biopharmacie with a focus in Pharmacocinétique at Université Paris Cité.
