Emily Harris has extensive work experience in various customer service and account management roles. Emily is currently working as a Customer Account Manager at PP Control & Automation since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Commercial Manager at ASAP Express LTD from July 2018 to June 2021. Emily also worked as an Operations Account Manager at Aspray24 from June 2015 to July 2018. Before that, Emily held multiple roles at Aspray24, including Key Account Manager from September 2014 to March 2015, and Customer Service from March 2013 to September 2014. Their career began at DX (Group) plc, where they worked as a Customer Service representative from October 2008 to March 2013.

Emily Harris has studied at Walsall College, where they obtained an NVQ Level 3 Customer Service degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Additionally, they also achieved an NVQ Level 3 Business Management degree from the same institution.
