Nancy Buck is the current Vice President of People and Culture at P&P Optica. Nancy has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, and has held various leadership positions in HR throughout their career.
Nancy started their career as an Executive HR Strategist at Communitech. Nancy then joined the Editorial Advisory Board at Your Workplace magazine, where they provided expertise on HR-related topics. Nancy later became the Vice President of Human Resources at D2L, where they led the company's HR strategy. In 2011, Nancy joined Princeton Holdings as their Vice President of Human Resources. Nancy oversaw the company's HR operations and helped improve employee engagement. Nancy left Princeton Holdings in 2012 to join P&P Optica as their Vice President of People and Culture. In this role, Nancy is responsible for leading the company's HR strategy and initiatives.
Nancy Buck has a Masters in Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute. Nancy is also a designation holder in Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute. Nancy has an Executive Program from Manulife from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Nancy also has a certificate in Management Studies from Conestoga College and a certificate in HR Development from Conestoga College. Nancy has a designation in FLMI (Financial Services) from LOMA.
