Rico's roles have included General Manager, Project Director, and operational management positions, where responsibilities encompassed marketing, financial oversight, and building management. A strong emphasis on cost control, project efficiency, and adherence to quality standards has been a hallmark of Rico's career, which began with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Nasional in 2014. Prior to PT PP Properti Tbk, Rico worked as a Civil Engineer at PT Indah Karya Persero, focusing on cost, quality, and time management for public housing projects.
