Ondřej Lebl

Ornella Dalmazzo has extensive experience in consultancy and administration, currently serving as a Consultant at D&Asoc. Consultores since January 2009. Previous roles include Head of Administration at O.S. from December 2017 to November 2020, and Consultant for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires focusing on health system strengthening in late 2017. Ornella has also worked as an expert consultant in acquisitions and human resources at the Ministry of Industry, and as a specialist in financial planning and management control for the International Organization for Migration. In addition to operational management support at the Ministry of Health and accounts payable staff at a UNDP project, Ornella began the career as a Junior Consultant in the Health Secretariat of Pilar. Educational qualifications include a Public Accountant degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a diploma in Analysis and Management of Social Security and Private Medicine from the Instituto Universitario de 'Fundación ISALUD'.
