Heidi Morgenstjærne has diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Heidi began their career as an all-round office trainee at Panther Plast in 1996 and stayed until 1998. Heidi then worked in customer service roles at Novenco from 1998 to 2001 and Royal Unibrew from 2001 to 2004. Heidi joined HBM in 2006 as an accountant and stayed until 2008.
In 2008, they joined PPC Broadband, Inc. - A Belden Brand, where they held various roles. Heidi started as a bookkeeper from 2008 to 2009 before transitioning to an HR role from 2009 to 2016, where they focused on tasks related to labor agreements, legislation, recruitment, terminations, talent development, performance management, and employee care. From 2016 to 2018, they served as an HR Manager for connector production in Denmark, the European Sales team, and Fiber production in the UK. Heidi was also a member of the management team. From 2018 onwards, Heidi became the HR Manager responsible for daily HR management of the production in Denmark, including a European sales team. Heidi collaborated with stakeholders globally, managed labor agreements, ensured legal compliance, handled recruitment and terminations, facilitated talent development, performance management, and employee care, among other administrative tasks.
Heidi Morgenstjærne has a diverse education history. In 1993-1996, they attended Higher Commercial (ZBC) Vordingborg. Heidi then pursued the Den Grundlæggende Lederuddannelse at Niels Brock in 2011-2012. Continuing their education, Heidi attended KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi in 2021 and 2022, where they obtained an AU degree in HR-udvikling. In both 2021 and 2022, they further specialized in HR-udvikling at KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi.
