Hervé Tiberghien

Hervé Tiberghien is the current Vice President of Human Resources at PPG Industries. Hervé has been with the company since January 2003 and has held various positions within the HR department. Prior to joining PPG Industries, Hervé worked as the Plant Director for the Automotive Division at AGC Asahi Glass. Hervé was responsible for the day-to-day management of the plant and the implementation of a strong improvement program that included downsizing and lean manufacturing. Hervé has experience working with unions and has been part of PPG's operating committee for several years.

Hervé Tiberghien has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles.
