Maxime Linke

Maxime Linke has extensive experience in operations management, primarily at PPG since February 2012. Currently serving as Operations Manager, Maxime oversees three manufacturing cells and supervises 60 personnel, focusing on resins production for automotive and industrial coatings while ensuring product delivery meets quality, service, and cost requirements. Previous roles at PPG include Maintenance & Engineering Manager at both Genlis and Moreuil plants, and EHS Manager across multiple sites, including coordination for four plants. Prior to PPG, Maxime gained experience in EHS and Quality at Saint-Gobain and completed a traineeship at SNR Roulements - NTN Corporation. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Chemistry from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and a Master's degree from ei.CESI, completed in 2011.
