Steven Weddle

Steven Weddle has a diverse work experience in the welding industry. Steven started their career as a CNC Plasma Torch table Operator and Certified Welder at Terex/Bid-Well in 2012. Steven later worked at Dakota Mobile Hydraulics/Prince as a Robotic Welding Programmer/Operator from 2014 to 2016. Then, they joined Worthington Industries - Engineered Cabs as an AWS CWI/CWS- Weld Trainer from 2016 to 2018. Steven continued their training role as a Welding Instructor at Business and Industry Training (BIT) at Southeast Technical Institute from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, they worked as a Weld Trainer at Dakota Bodies. Currently, they are the Welding Process Manager, AWS CWI/CWS at PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler, starting from July 2020.

Steven Weddle holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from ITT Technical Institute. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Welding Procedure Qualifier (WPQ2) from the American Welding Society in November 2022, OSHA 10 hour certification from OSHA 10 Hour Training in April 2019, Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification from the American Welding Society in March 2016, and Certified Welding Supervisor (CWS) certification from the American Welding Society in July 2018.
