Lori B. O'Connor

Lori B. O'Connor has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Lori B. began their career as an HR Manager at Lydall in 1997. Lori B. then moved on to Comcast in 1998, where they served as a Director of Human Resources, leading HR functions such as talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management. In 2009, Lori became the President and Principal HR Consultant at HResource Partners, LLC, providing consulting services on areas such as benefits design, training and development, policy development, and employee recruitment. In 2011, Lori joined PPL Corporation as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for HRIS, talent management, organizational development, and HR policy. Lori B. also became an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources at DeSales University, teaching students about HR principles and critical thinking.

Lori B. O'Connor holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from DeSales University, which they completed in 2009. Lori B. also received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in 1996.
