Operational Specialist 2 - Customer Experience Process Improvement at PPL First

John Vowell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John started their career in 1989 as a Field Service Technician at Chuck's Lighting and Sign's Inc. where they stayed until 1995. John then transitioned to the role of Lead Estimator and Trainer at the same company until 1999 when they became the General Manager. In 2014, John joined Sun Valley Electric Supply Co. as a Lighting Specialist. After a year, they moved to Public Partnerships | PPL where they held various roles including Customer Experience Supervisor from 2015 to 2021 and Customer Experience Supervisor 2 from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as an Operational Specialist 2 - Modernization and Integration at the same company. In addition to these roles, John also has experience as a Commercial Property Manager at Vowell Trust since 2005.

John Vowell's education history includes attending Mesa Community College from 1989 to 1991. During that time, they focused on studying Business & Law. In 2020, they also participated in professional development at the Public Consulting Group, where they engaged in the field of Professional Development. Additionally, John has obtained multiple certifications, such as HR Fundamentals, Crucial Conversations, G.R.I.T. Growing Results in Teams, and Unconscious Bias Training from the Public Consulting Group. John has also gained certifications in various areas, including Customer Service, Hiring, Onboarding, Instructional Design, and Project Management, from LinkedIn.
