Leo Cuellar

Leo Cuellar is an experienced professional in the field of information security, currently serving as the Director of Information Security at Public Partnerships (PPL). Previously, Leo held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at the Oregon Secretary of State and served as the Director of Cyber Security Practice and CISO at CRI Advantage, Inc. Additionally, Leo worked as an Information Security Executive at AllSocial and held the title of Director of IT Risk and Compliance at Taos. Leo Cuellar holds a Master of Science in Applied Information Management from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Washington.
