Billie Rivers

Billie Rivers has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Fiserv since October 2018. In addition, Billie has been a Business Manager at PPL Motor Homes since February 2015 and held the position of Operations Director at Southbelt Medical Services from January 2002 to May 2014, overseeing daily operations and human resources for multiple companies. Prior roles include Operations Manager at an undisclosed company and Manager of Client Services Processing at AIG from April 1998 to January 2002, where Billie managed a team focused on improving business operations and client service. Billie earned a Bachelor of Science in Counseling from the College of Biblical Studies in Houston between 2008 and 2010 and continued education at Light University from 2013 to 2014.
