Kristen Watson has a diverse work experience in the field of executive search and recruitment. Kristen started their career as an Independent Contractor, providing business coaching to individuals and helping them achieve their career goals. Kristen later worked as Director of Business Development at Onward Search, where they specialized in placing internet marketing and creative services professionals. Kristen then joined TMP Worldwide as the Director of Digital Business Development, where they played a key role in delivering innovative solutions in talent acquisition. Kristen further enhanced their skills as Chief Operating Officer at Dallas Employment Services, a top-producing recruiting firm in the Southwest. Kristen's expertise in executive search grew when they worked as the Managing Partner - Sales and Marketing at Lucas Group, assisting clients in finding executive talent. Kristen also held positions in TEC Group, Korn Ferry, People Performance Resources, LLC, and Judge Direct Placement, where they served as an Executive Search Consultant and Executive Search Lead, respectively.
