Nompumelelo Mdakane

Nompumelelo Mdakane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at PPS Mutual since September 2023, Nompumelelo previously held the same title at Sanlam Reality from April 2022 to January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager Operations and Operations Manager at Liberty Group South Africa from 2007 to October 2022, where responsibilities involved project management, performance goal establishment, and ensuring operational efficiency in alignment with new models.
