Doug Dostal

Doug Dostal is the VP, CX Solutions at PPT Solutions. Doug has over 18 years of experience in technology professional services and has been a part of many high-performance teams. Doug has also served as a member of Cloud Architecture Committees driving development of various cloud technologies. In their previous company, Eventus Solutions Group, LLC, they were responsible for integrating the operations of the two companies and played a key role in expanding the cloud services portfolio revenue from $400K to $3.5M. Doug has also cultivated gold-level partnership with Oracle software and has architected cloud-based CRM systems that delivered services leveraging Salesforce.com, Oracle’s RightNow, Pega and emerging CRM platforms and extensions.

Doug Dostal has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Doug is also certified by Pegasystems as a Certified System Architect (CSA) and by Oracle as an OPN Certified Specialist and an Oracle Service Cloud Implementation Specialist.
