Matt has a wealth of experience in culinary leadership, having previously held positions such as Vice President of Culinary at Smith and Wollensky Restaurant Group, National Director of Culinary Development & Corporate Chef at Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, and Executive Chef at various establishments including Jurys Inn Hotel Group, TD Garden, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Matt graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 1996.
