Eric Knox

Eric Knox has a diverse work experience in various industries. Eric started their career as an Intern at Catholic Health System in 2016. Eric then worked at Tim Hortons for nearly 10 years, where they held the position of Supervisor. In 2016, they also joined DENT Neurologic Institute, initially as a Customer Service Representative and then progressed to roles such as Call Center Trainer, Medical Records Coordinator, and finally, Patient Experience Manager. Currently, they are working at PQE Group as a Medical Device PMO, overseeing US and Canada US MD Operations Support.

Eric Knox has a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from D'Youville University, which they completed in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management from D'Youville College from 2015 to 2017. Eric'seducation journey began with a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on Business Administration from Niagara County Community College, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
