Vanessa Günther

Vanessa Günther's work experience begins with their current role as a Business Development Manager DACH at PQE Group, where they are responsible for lead qualification, client relationship management, and customer acquisitions in the Germany, Switzerland, and Austria region. Vanessa also establishes partnerships with pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech organizations. Prior to this, Vanessa worked as a Coach for Personality Development with Schwarz & Schwarz Leadership Academy, Seminaries & Coaching. Vanessa has also held positions as a Front Desk Agent at GRAND HOTEL MINERVA and as a Working Student in Personnel Development & Knowledge Management at Alstom and Bombardier Transportation. Vanessa has interned at the Netzwerk AlternsfoRschung NAR, Tagesklinik für Kognitive Neurologie Universitätsklinikum Leipzig, and Goldsmiths, University of London, Hungry Mind Lab, gaining experience in psychological research and neuropsychological rehabilitation.

Vanessa Günther has a diverse education history. Vanessa completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Technische Universität Chemnitz from 2014 to 2018. Vanessa then pursued a Master of Science degree in Psychology at Heidelberg University from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, in 2019, they attended the Schwarz & Schwarz Leadership Academy Seminaries and Coaching, where they obtained the degree of "Leadership Practitioner in communication, leading und coaching." The following year, in 2020, Vanessa studied at Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, specializing in Applied Cognitive Psychology. Vanessa also attended the Schwarz & Schwarz Leadership Academy Seminaries and Coaching for the second time in 2017 and 2018, earning a degree in "Coach for personality development." Prior to their higher education, Vanessa completed their Bilingual A levels (English/German) at Goethe Gymnasium Kassel from 2010 to 2013.
