Emmely de Regt-Kruft

Emmely de Regt-Kruft has diverse work experience in various HR and management roles. Emmely is currently serving as the HR Director at PQR | Rustmakers in IT, part of the Bechtle Group. In this position, they are responsible for developing and implementing corporate HR policies, contributing to the company's growth goals, and managing change management initiatives. Emmely also has expertise in human resource management, labor law, M&A, compliance, and sustainability.

Prior to their current role, Emmely held the position of Head of Human Resources, Facilities, and Culture at PQR. Emmely played a crucial role in achieving the company's mission and strategic objectives, aligning customer demands with internal capabilities, and contributing to organizational development.

Before joining PQR, Emmely worked at Winvision as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they also held the role of Senior Corporate Recruiter. Emmely facilitated strategic partnerships, implemented HR initiatives, and conducted corporate recruiting.

Emmely's career began at Conclusion, where they served as an Operations Manager and later as a Corporate Recruiter and Account Manager at Conclusion Consulting Zorg. Emmely'sresponsibilities included managing consulting projects, recruiting and managing accounts.

Emmely also gained experience as an Operational Assistant at Maersk Line and as a Management Assistant at Compu'Train.

Emmely de Regt-Kruft received their Drs/Master's degree in International (Economical) Relations through Taal & Cultuurstudies from Utrecht University. Emmely completed their education in the years 2000 to 2006.
