Craig Dewey

Craig Dewey has extensive work experience in various management positions. Craig is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at PRA Group, where they lead the delivery of consistent and excellent customer service. Prior to that, they worked at American Airlines for over 25 years, holding roles such as Managing Director of Customer Service & Operations and Managing Director of EMEA Sales, Marketing & Service Centers. Craig also has experience in strategic alliances and corporate development, having developed and implemented plans to expand American's global network through partnerships. Before their time at American Airlines, Craig worked at Mars as a National Account Manager. Craig began their career at Lloyds Banking Group as a Management Trainee.

Craig Dewey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Geology from Keele University.
