Rasmi Ranjan

Rasmi Ranjan has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. In 2014, they started their career as a Junior Recruiter in US Staffing, where they gained initial experience in recruitment. In 2015, they joined Aircel as an Executive in the BHR department, contributing to HR operations. From 2018 to 2019, at Toppr, they served as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition, specializing in recruitment processes, including bulk/mass hiring and niche requirements. Rasmi also took on the responsibilities of reference and background verification. In 2019, they transitioned within Toppr to a role in Business Partnering & Operations, where they contributed to the strategic alignment of HR with overall business goals. In 2021, they joined upGrad Jeet as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing HR support and partnering with business units. Currently, Rasmi is the AM - Human Resources Business Partner at Practically, a position they have held since February 2022.

Rasmi Ranjan completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, during the period of 2009 to 2013. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Utkal University.
