Cecy Treviño

Cecy Treviño has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cecy currently works at Praecipio as an Employee Engagement Manager, where they are responsible for managing employee engagement initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at BroadwayMania as the founder and at Everest Fort as an HR Manager. At GM Financial, Cecy served as the Learning and Development Sr Coordinator, managing training programs and building relationships with global suppliers. Cecy also gained valuable experience as a Cultural Representative at Walt Disney World, where they provided excellent customer service and facilitated magical moments for guests. Before that, they worked as a Procurement Analyst at Duende Mágico, managing bank accounts and analyzing monthly sales. At BAT, Cecy held the role of HR Operations Analyst, overseeing recognition programs, coordinating events, and managing internal communications.

Cecy Treviño completed their high school education at Universidad de Monterrey from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universidad del Valle de México from 2007 to 2011.
