Katie Crotty

Katie Crotty is currently a board member at Praescient Analytics. Katie has also previously worked as the Deputy VP of Consulting at Berico Technologies and as a Captain in the US Army.

Katie Crotty has had a long and varied career in leadership positions. Katie began their career in the US Army, where they served as a Captain during the Iraq War. There, they led intelligence initiatives to support the coordinated actions of a technologically advanced Stryker Brigade Combat Team.

After their time in the Army, Katie became the Deputy VP of Consulting at Berico Technologies. As a key member of the Berico leadership team, Katie was at the helm of a multiple-contract business unit worth over $11M, providing consulting, analysis, and stability operations support to Intelligence Community and federal clients. Katie helped to grow the company from 30 to 150 personnel and from 5 to 23 contracts over three years. Katie also served as a Capture Manager and Business Process Lead, amounting in over $300M of future business.

Most recently, Katie has taken on the role of board member at Praescient Analytics. In this role, Katie uses their vast experience in leadership and management to help guide the company towards success.
