Joshua Luppes

Joshua Luppes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joshua is currently working as a Software Engineer at Praeses, where they build military-grade software for USAF clients as part of the Gov division. Joshua is responsible for writing front-end web application code and maintaining back-end application and infrastructure code. Prior to this, they worked as an Instructor and Teaching Assistant at Tech Talent South, where they taught and assisted students in learning various web technologies. Joshua also gained experience as a Customer Success Representative at Juni Learning, where they worked remotely with various teams to deliver excellent customer service. Joshua also has experience in quality assurance, having worked as a QA Manager and QA Tester at Shasta QA. Joshua managed teams of testers and performed manual QA testing for various clients. Additionally, they have experience as a Store Manager at JourneyEd.com, Inc., a Sales Associate at HiEd Inc., an Instructor at Mad Science, and a Comet Caller at The University of Texas at Dallas. Joshua started their career as an IT Intern at GMAC ResCap. Throughout their work experiences, Joshua has developed skills in software engineering, teaching, customer service, quality assurance, and management.
