Stéphan Pieterse

Stéphan Pieterse has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stéphan began their career at Fine Chemicals Corporation, where they worked as a Validation Engineer, Plant Engineer, and later as an Engineering Manager. Stéphan then joined Nampak Tissue as a Mechanical Engineer and later became the Divisional Asset Manager. In 2005, Stéphan founded Distance For Difference, an organization aimed at addressing global needs. Stéphan then joined Pragma Global as the Head of Talent and Organizational Development, where they focused on talent development and maintaining the company's competitive edge. Stéphan later took on the role of Chief People Officer, responsible for bringing humanity back to the workplace. Currently, Stéphan serves as the Chief Innovation and Experience Officer for Pragma Global, where they are tasked with driving innovation, improving the company's culture, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Stéphan Pieterse attended Paul Roos Gymnasium from 1987 to 1991 to obtain their Matric. Stéphan then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stellenbosch University between 1992 and 1995.
