Yathin Aradhya

Yathin Aradhya started their work experience as an HR Assistant Manager at IMAC India Coach Builders Pvt Ltd in December 2010. In this role, they ensured timely compliance with labor laws, recruited workmen, and maintained necessary statutory records. Yathin then interned as an Intern Trainee at IBM in the HR IST-US Command Center from October to December 2011, where they were involved in internal auditing of processes across multiple countries. Yathin then worked as an IT Recruiter at Digital-x Solutions from March 2012 to August 2013 before transitioning to the role of a US IT Recruiter at Pragna Technologies in August 2013.

Yathin Aradhya completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from VIJAYA COLLEGE, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Yathin then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the London School Of Commerce, University of Wales Institute Cardiff, from 2008 to 2010.
