Mrinmay Mandal

Mrinmay Mandal has a diverse range of work experience. MRINMAY started their career as a Field Engineer (Mechanical Engineering) at Thermax Ltd. under Shonthosh Fabricators Pvt. Ltd. from June 2014 to February 2016. MRINMAY then worked as a Jr. Engineer at N. D. International, where they supervised a Water Treatment Plant from March 2016 to October 2016.

In November 2016, Mrinmay joined GE Water & Process Technologies as a Shift Incharge, responsible for the operation and maintenance of UF, RO, EDR, and MEE systems. MRINMAY worked in this role until May 2018.

From July 2018 to March 2021, Mrinmay worked at Metro Knitting & Dyeing Mills Ltd. as an ETP Incharge, where they managed the operation and maintenance of a 4.8 MLD MBR-based Biological ETP.

Currently, Mrinmay is working as a Manager - WTP & PCTP at Praj Industries, where they oversee the management of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Process Condensate Treatment Plant (PCTP).

Mrinmay Mandal completed their primary education at Dhabaleswar Industrial Training Centre from 2009 to 2011, earning an Engineer's Degree in FITTER. Following that, from 2011 to 2014, Mrinmay studied at Dhabaleswar Institute of Polytechnic, Cuttack under SCTE&VT, graduating with an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Lastly, Mrinmay pursued a Bachelor's of Technology in Mechanical Engineering at Barrister Ranjit Mohanty International Institute of Technology (BRMIIT) in Bhubaneswar from 2015 to 2018.
