Shashikant Gaikwad

Shashikant Gaikwad has a diverse work experience in the engineering and proposal field. Shashikant started their career in 2012 as a Mechanical Draughtsman at YANTRIK ENGINEERS. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Fabtech Projects & Engineers Ltd. as a Mechanical Estimation Engineer, where they gained experience in drafting, layout design, and equipment layouts. Shashikant then rejoined Fabtech Projects & Engineers Ltd. in 2017 as an Estimation Engineer, where they estimated EPC projects and won orders worth less than 250Cr. In 2019, they joined General Energy Management Systems P. Ltd. as a Sr. Proposal Engineer, specializing in the estimation and proposal preparation of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and skids. Shashikant also worked at WTE Infra Project Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales & Proposal Engineer for a short period, gaining experience in sales and expanding the company's product line. Their most recent position is with Praj Industries as a Sr. Estimation & Proposals Engineer starting from February 2023.

Shashikant Gaikwad completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from SHALAKA FOUNDATIONS KEYSTONE SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING, Pune, from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from K.E.S's polytechnic, Lohagaon, Pune, between 2009 and 2012. Shashikant completed their HSC (X-Standard) from R. R. Shinde Jr. College in Hadapsar, Pune, from 2007 to 2009. Before that, they completed their X-Standard from Sadhana Vidyalaya in an unspecified field of study, from 2003 to 2007.
